The Original Project
Excerpt from the initial technical proposal and methodology.
The "Fertilizer Pomegranate Sensations Gastronomic Map" was conceived with the primary aim of highlighting the local gastronomic heritage, connecting local products, producers and restaurants in the municipality in an interactive web platform supplemented by physical elements such as maps and QR codes.
Far from being a mere inventory, the project was structured on an exhaustive methodology that included: in-depth research and scripting of traditional knowledge; on-site audiovisual production to capture the essence of each element; and the development of an interactive technology ecosystem The purpose has always been to offer a tourism and digital experience that promotes local consumption, sustainability and cultural identity through high-quality visual content.
Final Scope and Magnitudes
Commitment to local fabric and documentary rigor have taken the execution of this project far above the original budget estimates. We have not limited ourselves to meeting contractual minimums; we have developed an exhaustive census and an immense audiovisual work that gives Granadilla an unprecedented heritage and historical asset.
An exceptional photographic production effort, ruling out the use of generic image banks. Every restaurant, dish, landscape and producer has been documented in situ to create a 100% authentic and true-to-Granadilla digital showcase.
